Summer Tent Dining
The Mount Falcon tent is back for the 2025 summer season. Live music and dancing and al fresco dining return to Mount Falcon from May through August.
The progressively protein focused á la carte menu is served daily for lunch and dinner. The summer tent menu features in-house dry aged beef, fresh seafood, and a range of pork, poultry, and vegetarian dishes. Diners will be able to select their own preferred cuts of beef to suit their appetite and budget from our own dry aging cabinets managed by Chef Tom. A wide range of sides and desserts remain a staple to allow guests to tailor their dining experience to their own taste.
Inspired by the ingredients and our West of Ireland home diners can expect to find a classic pot of spuds on the stove alongside menu items like scallop ceviche, grilled langoustine, native lobster, Connemara lamb, and potato gnocchi. All beef, poultry, and pork are of Irish origin.

Mount Falcon is proud to offer guests specially selected wines by the glass paired with each main course. A full wine list featuring wines from all the primary wine producing regions of France, and a range of quality producer-driven wine selections from around the world are also available in the tent.
