Mount Falcon Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Voucher is sold subject to the following terms and conditions of use:

1. Vouchers are non-refundable. No change for unused differences can be issued.

2. All bookings must be made in advance. The voucher reference number on the gift card must be quoted at the time of reservation.

3. The actual Voucher or email voucher must be presented at check-in to validate your reservation.

4. Any reservation guaranteed by this gift card will be subject to our normal cancellation policy. (Rooms cancelled within seven days from the date of reservation will be subject to one night’s B&B charge. Day Spa bookings cancelled within 48 hours are subject to the full charge of the reserved day spa package cost. No shows are charged at full package cost.)

5. All reservations are subject to availability and are not valid over special occasions.

6. The value of the Voucher can only be redeemed at Mount Falcon Estate.

7. Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
