Nestled between the River Moy and the Ox Mountains amid the breathtaking landscapes of County Mayo’s wild and rugged coastline, it’s here where the river’s pure, fresh water meets the in-flowing salty Atlantic Ocean. Opened in 2015, the distillery was the first to be built in County Mayo for 150 years, bringing craft whiskey production back to Ireland’s West Coast. Inspired by the unspoilt purity of their surroundings, every drop of Ballina Whiskey is an expression of pride in their craft, the local ingredients, the environment and their sense of place.
