Welcome to our beautiful Summer Bamboo Tent on the lawn. With views over the estate and out to the Ox Mountains there's no better place to enjoy a cocktail and the bespoke locally inspired menu from Chef Tom. Featuring in-house dry aged beef selected specially by Chef Tom from the same incredible menu he developed inside the manor house at Tom Doyle's Kitchen Restaurant.
