Autumn is a special time in the West of Ireland, and there's no place better to experience the changing season while wrapping yourself in luxury than here at Mount Falcon. The shortening days signal it’s time to say goodbye to another successful year under the Al Fresco tent on the lawn. Since May we’ve been dancing the night away every Saturday with our resident musicians, like Buck Taylor and Keith & Lorraine, while Chef Tom Doyle served one of the most unique menus on the Western Seaboard. Though the tent is getting packed up for another year we are looking forward to getting back indoors for lunch and dinner service in the warm and inviting atmosphere at Tom Doyle’s Kitchen Restaurant.
With the changing seasons the mild days and cool evenings beckon our guests to walk our woodland and river trails during the day and then come inside in the evening to cozy up next to a warm fire in the lounge or bar. When you're ready, Chef Tom's menu featuring his in-house dry aged selection of Irish beef and classic dishes awaits. Pair dinner with a hand selected bottle of wine from our cellar and you have the makings of a great night at Mount Falcon.
Want to take the luxury further? Upgrade your stay to one of our Deluxe rooms or Suites in the original manor house built in 1876 for an experience you'll always remember. Add in a booking with our professional spa therapist for an indulgent treatment and you have the makings of a fabulous getaway.
After your spa treatment you will want to further indulge by relaxing in our indoor heated pool, taking a dip in the jacuzzi, and melting away your cares in the steam room and dry sauna.
