Summer Tent Dining
The summer tent is back for the 2024 season, and that means al fresco dining and live music return to Mount Falcon from June through August. This year for the first-time guests will be able to enjoy the same award-winning Kitchen Restaurant menu from inside our country kitchen, outdoors and under the tent. We are bringing Chef Tom Doyle's new re-imagined á la carte menu to our al fresco dining experience.
The progressively protein focused á la carte menu is served daily for lunch and dinner. The summer tent menu features in-house dry aged beef, fresh seafood, and a range of pork, poultry, and vegetarian dishes. Diners will be able to select their own preferred cuts of beef to suit their appetite and budget from our own dry aging cabinets managed by Chef Tom. A wide range of sides and desserts remain a staple to allow guests to tailor their dining experience to their own taste.
Inspired by the ingredients and our West of Ireland home diners can expect to find a classic pot of spuds on the stove alongside menu items like pork belly, local crab, smoked Haddock, roast cauliflower, and saffron risotto. All beef, poultry, and pork are of Irish origin.
Sommelier Wine Pairings
Mount Falcon is proud to offer guests specially selected wines by the glass paired with each main course. Another first for the Summer Tent this year will be having our resident sommelier Max Gaudillot, offering his picks and suggestions for wine under the tent. A full wine list featuring wines from all the primary wine producing regions of France, and a range of quality producer-driven wine selections from around the world are also available in the tent.
