Our Summer Bar and Restaurant on the Lawn welcomes you to a fresh seasonal bistro menu of the best produce from the four corners of this island and the western seaboard, in one of the most magical settings in Ireland.
Head Chef Tom Doyle and his team cook with the freshest produce from land and sea. The emphasis on our menus is on local farmers and fishermen and indeed the produce from our kitchen garden grown by our gardener Paul Halbard.
The experience in our Summer Bar & Restaurant on the Lawn is casual but delicious, it is fun and relaxed.
We have curated an extensive and adventurous wine list to be enjoyed this summer at Mount Falcon and to add to your summer experience our new Cocktail Bar on the Lawn serves a list of traditional and innovative signature cocktails. Enjoyed as an aperitif before dining, or savoured as a nightcap before retiring, a cocktail on the lawn evokes a mood of inspired relaxation.
