While we await Government guidelines as to exactly when, and how we can reopen, we can tell you that we intend recreating, and indeed extending, the offering we had available last summer.
As a consequence, we propose to re-erect our open-air, heated, bamboo tent on the lawn adjoining the hotel, where we will be again offering an extensive ‘Al Fresco’ food and beverage offering. Tom Doyle, our Head Chef and his team, have designed an extensive range of breakfast, lunch and dinner menus (all of which can also be provided on a takeaway basis) from his assador grillade and pizza ovens and this offering will be supplemented by an extended café menu with a new range of premium coffees and treats. As we did last year, we propose to showcase a fantastic line-up of live musicians and we are working on a range of environmentally orientated activities and excursions for children which we will host around our hundred-acre estate. Lastly, unlike last year, we are proposing to re-open our treatment rooms to ensure that all the Mum’s (or Dad’s as the case may be!) get some much-deserved pampering.
We will soon be commencing our marketing campaign to the general public and before we do so, we wanted to inform you, our valued guests and friends.
