Sound Bath & Meditation

Aisling will guide you through a grounding meditation as you bathe in the sounds of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan bowls, a rain stick, and Koshi chimes. Allow your worries to wash away during this hour long experience in the unforgettable grounds of Mount Falcon. 

The healing frequencies and vibrations will ease your stress, tension, and cares as you feel and connect to the earth beneath you. 

All you have to do is give yourself full permission to release, relax and restore.

*Please note- The sound baths are not recommended during the first and last three months of pregnancy, if you have a pacemaker or metal implants or experience epilepsy or other types of seizures and sound sensitive conditions such as Labrynthitus or Menieres Disease.

What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath works through the healing power of sound vibration and frequencies. Everything in the Universe, including our bodies, is composed of vibrations. Every organ and every cell in our bodies vibrates at a particular frequency, and sound vibration travels five times more effectively through water. Since the human body is made up of over 70% water the healing benefits of sound vibration can have an extremely profound effect on our bodies at the cellular level.

What do I need to bring?

● Wear warm waterproof clothing that will allow you to rest comfortably. You can never predict Irish weather!
● Yoga mat or a waterproof blanket to lie on, and warm blankets to wrap yourself in. A cushion or a pillow to support your head. Or perhaps you might prefer to bring a camping chair to sit on.
● An eye pillow or sunglasses.
● Sunscreen and insect repellant.
● Plenty of water
● A journal to write down any creative ideas that come your way!
